What is Nashville Production Week?

Nashville Production Week is a two-day event including panels, workshops, tech demos, and networking opportunities all designed to highlight and support Nashville’s vibrant production and creative community. Whether you're a seasoned pro, a brand looking to collaborate, or someone getting started in the industry, it’s a one‑stop destination to learn, connect, and discover what makes Nashville a rising hub for creative media.

We are a registered 501c3 organization.

When and where is the event?

March 5-6, 2026 at ARC Studios in Nashville, TN.

Nashville Production Week is for anyone working in or passionate about the production industry. Producers, directors, brand marketers, agency creatives, vendors, post-production professionals, and students looking to break into the field will all find value in the panels, workshops, and networking opportunities. If you’re interested in connecting with Nashville’s growing production community, this event is for you.

Are tickets refundable or transferable?

We issue ticket refunds on a case-by-case basis. Generally, tickets for Nashville Production Week are non-refundable. However, if your plans change, please email Kaetlin at kfehl@nashprodweek.com as early as possible—we may be able to offer a transfer to another attendee or credit toward next year’s event, depending on availability and timing.

• Refund or transfer requests submitted less than 14 days before the event may have limited options.

• Once the event is underway, all ticket changes are final.
